The latest set of rules from wargame-writing supremo Chris Peers:

To the Last Man

To The Last Man is a set of rules designed for skirmish-level wargames set in the First World War era. Although the main focus is on the "War To End Wars" of 1914-1918, it is also intended to be suitable for other campaigns in the period between the introduction of a recognizably 20th Century style of trench warfare in the Russo-Japanese War, and the widespread appearance of personal automatic weapons and fast-moving tracked vehicles - say, from 1904 to around 1928. Therefore, the rules will be equally useful for the Russian Civil War and the warlord era in China, to name but two of the countless conflicts which took place around the world during the turbulent early decades of the 20th Century.

To the Last Man is the second rulebook collaboration between Mode Graphics (the designers behind Wargames Illustrated magazine) and Chris Peers.
