For all those who couldn't make Salute or didn't make it to our stand, these are a few shots of our forthcoming new 28mm range - Wars of the Roses (well, actually, mid-to-late 15th century European).
The first plastic box as you can see is Bow and Bill. They come with separate heads and arms, and the 14 different bodies are an even mix of standing and advancing leg poses. There are also separate bundles of arrows and scabbarded swords.
There are two command bodies in full harness (English/Flemish style), two bodies wearing brigadines, a couple in breastplates, and the rest wearing jacks and/or livery jackets (with some mail thrown in). There will be the option to make up a higher percentage of bow to bill, as was the case for an English army of the period.
The figures are 95% finished, but don't expect them on sale any time soon!
The following box will contain pike, crossbow and handgun, to cover a number European armies and also mercenaries fighting in Britain.
