When someone says "I don't feel so good" in a zombie situation, the best thing to do is shoot 'em immediately. Don't let them go to the toilet; they'll close the door and you won't see them change.

Do not knock on the door and say "are you all right in there?" when you hear moans. Just crack the door and throw in a grenade or molotov cocktail. Sure, you'll mess up the bathroom, but you won't have one of "them" in the house with you.
