Rules used were the clubs own rules. No, the houses were not scratch built. Thanks for the comment about the blog. Mine is the General Grant blog.

On Friday, 28th December 2007 - as had been advertised on TMP - the Grimsby Wargames Society hosted a huge War of the Spanish Succession game with thousands of figures on the table.

The battle reports of this game are now online. Club member Paul Robinson, who organised the game, wrote a report of the game on his blog. You can view his report, including the historical background of the game, here.

The event was also covered by myself, who was also playing in the game. Many photos were taken by me, and I have also produced a battle report for this game (but in 2 parts). View my report on my blog here (Part 1) and here (Part 2).

Alternatively, you can view all of it in one go along with my mobile blog entries of the game, posted to the blog in real time using photos taken with my mobile phone, by clicking here.

The following day, a 15mm Napoleonics game took place at the club on our large 18-foot table. View photos and report on my blog here.
