STEVE LBMS of Kingmaker Miniatures writes:

Kingmaker logo

Kingmaker Miniatures is a new figure manufacturer, created as a joint venture by Stephen Hales of Little Big Men Studios and Julian Blakeney-Edwards of Chiltern Miniatures.

Hussite war wagon

For our first range, we have produced a comprehensive range of 28mm Hussites. The website should go live in the next day or two at kingmakerminiatures.com.

First releases will be available at Partizan in Newark on September 2nd. These first releases will be 2 packs of polearm men, 2 packs of women with polearms, 2 packs of command figures, 2 packs of crossbowmen, and 3 packs of handgunners. There are 7 war wagon variants - 3 large, 3 small, and an artillery wagon.

A further 12 packs will be released through September, and will be finished by early October - including knights, heavy cavalry, artillery, more polearms, crossbowmen and handgunners, plus personality packs.

Hussite command

The range will also be fully supported by transfers for pavises, banners and shields - produced by LBMS.

The sculpting for the range has been done by the talents of Jim Bowen (first releases) and Ian Mountian (later releases). Wagons were made by Ian Armstrong.

Hussites

As our first venture together, myself and Julian are really proud of the figures we have produced and hope they prove popular. If you are attending Partizan, please drop by the Chiltern Miniatures stand to view the first releases and have a chat about the forthcoming packs.

Very best regards!
