In the last week, we have had lots of requests from our international customers about shipping costs for small orders (such as Icons & Artifacts and single miniatures).
Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs for orders, based on shipping them in a box. However, as this can get a little expensive for small orders, we are adding the option of sending small orders in a padded envelope - for the flat international rate of only $8.00 USD!
To qualify for the $8.00 USD flat rate, your order:
- May only contain up to 15 Icons & Artifacts, up to 30 shields, or 7 single miniatures (such as Characters or Harbingers).
- Must fit into a small padded envelope.
Larger figures (such as an Abomination or Beloved of Sobek) do not qualify, due to their greater size and weight.
Orders that contain books, large figures, pre-painted scenic items, army deals, or warrior units must be shipped in a box at our regular rates, and are ineligible for the $8.00 USD flat rate.
PLEASE NOTE: Our shopping cart always assumes we will be shipping in a box and will still show the higher estimated shipping cost, even on small orders. WE WILL MANUALLY ALTER THE SHIPPING COST WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED. So, don't panic if your small orders shipping cost comes out to more than $8.00 USD - if your order qualifies for the flat rate, we will charge you the lower shipping amount.
NOTE TO U.S.A. CUSTOMERS: On May 12th, the U.S. Postal Service is increasing its prices. This means that our shipping costs for the U.S. will be going up on this date. So order early to take advantage of the lower shipping cost!
