Our Spotlight today has to be on the new Space Wolves Wolf Guard Terminator conversion pack.
Note I didn't say shoulder pads. Ever since we decided to do shoulder pad sets for the new plastic Terminators, we knew that for the Space Wolves we'd have to do a lot more in order to convey their ferocity and appearance.
Unlike the other Marine Chapters, the Space Wolves do not use the Codex Astartes in any form, using instead their own clan like structure and appearance. To portray this, Simon Egan has excelled himself and produced what I believe are some of the best Space Wolves figures yet.
To go with the shoulder pads he has also sculpted replacement torsos for the Terminators, two of which are not wearing helmets, allowing their hair and braids to fall free in a truly ferocious manner.
