Nicholas Weitnauer has uploaded a new version of the Battlefield Horizon rules to his Yahoo! Group.
"It is very rough to look at, as I used the old doc file as the template to work from," he says. "It still is very much a work-in-progress, but maybe you can see where I am headed with it now. Still need to finally decide if I want to do something more with vehicles or just leave them as-is."
Battlefield Horizon is intended as both a quick-and-easy set of skirmishing rules, and a toolbox that allows you to play games with any of the miniatures in your collection.
