Rackham Wave 3 Taking Pre-Orders

I think a lot of it has to do with deterioration of the US games distribution "system". One FLGS hereabouts has a standing order to get all AT-43 releases, but never saw the May releases. He's not the only one I hear complaints about the big distributors from, either. For all their online ordering and apparent level of inventory control, neither of the big ones locally seem capable of dealing with back-orders from retailers in any competent way. Their level of knowledge regarding lines they supposedly carry can be shockingly bad, as well.
