"Masters of Genetic Evolution!" as opposed to spiritual evolution, I'm sure

Genetic evolution produces biological organisms (-;)

Anyway. It indeed seems like these are going to be a solidly good deal to rival GW's massively discounted (as per content to price ratio) starter boxes. Apparently Rackham Entertainment is planning to come back swinging…

Rackham Entertainment will release army boxes for their AT-43 and Confrontation: Age of Rag'narok games.

These boxes will hold a 2,000-AP force that can serve as a playable basis for any player starting an army. You can then add miniatures, units and vehicles using the traditional unit boxes of the range. Each army box will be $70 USD.

AT-43 boxes are to be released in July for Red Blok and the new Cogs army. September will then have Confrontation boxes for Wolfen and Lions.
