Fold Flat Terrain Announced

Hills could be done as a series of levels, much like geo-hex. Let me think on this a bit and see if I can come up with a simple but collapse-able first cut at the problem.

I also think the basic idea could be improved upon through the use of a variety of downloadable textures, details, etc. still in paper that could dress these up a bit. While never equaling the likes of Matakishi's handcrafted beauties, or Mike's Arnica buildings, if it is a choice of this or nothing (or felt squares for buildings) this may be a viable option.

This is the perfect accessory for your tabletop!

Scenario Pack 1

A new approach to 1/72 terrain. It goes from flat to 3D in seconds, and back again at the end of the day. When you need 10 or more buildings, 10's of feet of stone walls and lots of hills, simply storing the terrain can be a nightmare. No longer with Fold Flat Terrain! With Fold Flat Terrain, 30 houses and lots of other stuff fits in an A4 box file.

The Scenario Pack 1 contains a basic house, basic stone-type boundary wall, and a 4ft (model scale) fold system that lets you build long ridges in a realistic manner. It also contains an antitank obstacle just to fill in the dead space - and it was such a clever design from a friend, we had to show it off.

Print the models on coloured card - grey for house walls, deep red/brown for the roof, and green (or brown for desert/mud) for the fold. With the fold, a mist of few other colours helps to improve its appearance.
