Starbuilder 4

Issue 4 discusses blue giant systems, possible applications of star effects on game mechanics. More importantly, we begin to implement star maps, how many ways can we represent star systems? Are linear maps better than node maps? Do we use hex grids or not? In a way, this is a template for future Starbuilder issues.

I also include a new, sample civilization for a distant habitable zone. And new world-building cards in the index.

The universe is not a huge emptiness, but an ever-expanding space with endless narrative possibilities.
