This week sees the appearence of the Dilgar in Babylon 5: A Call to Arms, with the Fleet Book and first units appearing in your local stores.

Dilgar Imperium Fleet Book

Dilgar Fleet Book

One of the nastiest races ever to appear in the galaxy, the Dilgar launched an invasion from their dying world that would sweep through much of the League before they were finally stopped by the Earth Alliance. This fleet book gives you a complete break down of the Dilgar fleet, their technology, and the history of the Dilgar War. Also featured are some of the leading members of the Dilgar Imperium, including Jha'Dur, who appeared in the TV series (and will soon be featuring in one of the forthcoming Babylon 5 novels).

The bulk of this book is taken up by the fleet list, which details all the Dilgar special rules, plus the ships available. The Dilgar are Masters of Destruction, able to cause serious damage with their attacks, and have access to special formations known as Pentacons, as well as now banned weaponry such as Mass Drivers. Their ships are split between extremely fast moving but lightly armoured strike vessels and lumbering assault ships which can resist almost any attack. All are very heavily armed.

The Dilgar Imperium Fleet book is priced at $9.95 USD/£5.00 GBP, and will be appearing in your local stores this week.

Mishakur Dreadnought

Dilgar Mishakur Dreadnought

The first Dilgar ship released, the Mishakur is one of the largest this race ever deployed. Loaded with mass drivers and heavy bolters, as well as batteries of pulsars and disruptor torpedoes, there are few planets that can resist its coming, and it has little to fear from enemy ships.

The Mishakur is priced at $14.95 USD/£10.00 GBP.

Tikrit Heavy Cruiser

Built to improve upon the design of weaker ships, the Tikrit is a Battle-level vessel that mounts a fearsome array of heavy bolters, enough to tear apart a smaller ship in one salvo. Light pulsars provide weaker all round secondary fire.

The Tikrit is priced at $12.95 USD/£8.00 GBP.

Dilgar Fleet Box Set

More Dilgar ships are coming out over the next two months but if you cannot wait to field a full fleet or want to save money, take a look at this Fleet Box Set. With over $150 USD worth of models, it contains a full and viable Dilgar fleet for you to take to battle. Inside, you will find 48 Thorun Dartfighters, 1 Mishakur Dreadnought, 1 Tikrit Heavy Cruiser, 1 Garasoch Carrier, 4 Targrath Strike Cruisers, 2 Ochlavita Destroyers, and 2 Jashakar Scout Ships.

The Dilgar Fleet Box Set is priced at $99.95 USD/£55.00 GBP.

Also for A Call to Arms, we present the Narn Reinforcements Box Set. Another way to buy lots of ships while saving money in the process, this box set contains 2 Thentus, 2 G'Karith, 2 Sho'Kar, 1 Rongoth, 1 Varnic, and 18 Gorith fighters for just $49.95 USD/£30.00 GBP.
