ponders nirvana.Miles Milton has posted a table to the RFCM Yahoo! Group, showing proposed victory points for the Civil War Battles competition on 27th Septenber.
"I will be posting a proposed table for PBI," says Miles, "as a lot people feel suffering an automatic -20 for a defeat when it was a marginal loss very steep. So I have come up with a stepped alternative, going from +10 through to +30 for the winners, and -5 through to -20 for the losers. I will post it in the next couple of days."
