New micron-scale miniatures look like white blobs to the naked eye

Irregular Miniatures, the U.K.-based manufacturer well known for its line of 2mm scale figures, announced today that they have perfected an even more miniature product line.

The new miniatures - to be known as Micron scale - are barely visible to the naked eye, but details show up clearly under a low-powered microscope.

A complete line of WWII German and Russian figures is available now, with Americans expected by July. The company expects to branch out into other historical periods if sales for the new products live up to expectations.
