Generic Iberians 3-1BC
Ancient Spain was inhabited by the Iberian, Lusitani and Celtiberian tribes. The warriors of these tribes were masters of guerrilla warfare.

After its defeat in the First Punic War, Carthage attempted to conquer Spain. It was partially successful, and Spanish troops joined the Carthaginian army.

Following Carthage, the Romans arrived in Spain. The Roman Republic methodically conquered the peninsula over the course of two centuries. The last tribes in the north submitted to Rome under Octavian Augustus.

This colorful album features characters for creating Spanish armies or units as allies/mercenaries. The author wanted first of all to convey the spirit of the era and make excellent game soldiers.
