Incremental Update 9.3 for Berthier

You may have to run in compatibility mode.

Make all the EXE's Windows XP compatible i.e. BERTHIER.EXE, ARMYPLAN.EXE, PLAYBACK.EXE, ECONOMY.EXE.
To do this –
Right click the EXE.
Select Properties.
Select the Compatibility tab.
Select Windows XP as the compatibility mode.
You may also need to check "Run this program as an administrator".
