Simon Chick of Steel Fist Miniatures writes:

Steel Fist Miniatures Have Released Three Packs of Light Cavalry for their Italian Wars Range!

Steel Fist light cavalry

These represent troops who typically formed the secondary ranks of gendarmes or mounted men-at-arms of the knightly classes. They are armed with lances and wear varieties of sallets, riding unarmored horses. They can also be used as mounted standardbearers, and are suitable for most Western European armies of the 1495-1535 period.

These figures complement the existing mounted knights which Steel Fist Miniatures offer. This is is the first release of light cavalry, and mounted crossbowmen and arquebusiers are planned.

Figures can be purchased at steelfistminiatures.com.
