The Little Shop of Magic seeks a qualified individual to fill a part-time Customer Service Representative position in our store in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Job Description
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greeting our clientele and ensuring that they receive a positive and pleasant shopping experience.
- Operate our point of sale systems.
- Receive merchandise, contact special order customers and handle inventory.
- Process and ship online orders.
- Clean and recover our brick-and-mortar store.
- Update and maintain our website and online store.
- Occasionally attend local conventions.

Compensation
The base pay rate for a Customer Service Representative position at the Little Shop of Magic is $8 USD per hour, which may be adjusted upwards based on performance during the trial period. This base salary may be supplemented by an annual bonus based on company performance and the representative's part in achieving said performance.
