This week sees more reinforcements being added to our Bolt Action Finnish Army range. First up is the spine of the army – the squad.
Adding suppressing firepower is the medium machinegun team. Mounted on skis to better maneuver in the harsh Finnish environment, it can lay down a withering hail of lead.
To help the stoic Finns deal with enemy armor is this 37mm PstK/36 Bofors anti-tank gun. Certainly capable of seeing off softskins, armored cars, and light armor, it will give your opponent something to worry about whilst your Finns cut a bloody swathe through them…
Last but not least are the ski troops. These could happily be used as Jaakari light infantry squads or Kaukopartio long-distance recon squads, in addition to using them as regular Finnish Army squads.
