Aye- is actually why I mentioned it (that, and the fact that, once repurposed, it opens the door nicely to a cohesive appearnce for the armour for one of my retro sci-fi forces).

That, and, I may have a problem when it comes to heavy and superheavy tanks.

Not that I own both the Baneblade and Shadowsword plastic kits from GW (and a bunch of third party customization stuff, including excellent universal track replacement kits from Blood & Skulls Industries, on eBay). Even though I haven't played a game of 40K in years now, and didn't play Imperial Guard when I did…

A super-heavy Interwar-style tank. This resin kit is a massive 187mm long, 73mm wide and 58mm high. The figure in the picture (sold separately) shows what a monster the Mark IX Beast is.

K65 – Mark IX Beast Accessory Set
