Foundry: Brand-New Ancient Civilians

Allan,

The women's dresses look like someone had a trip to the British Museum. The left hand figure is wearing a later Roman adaption of an Ionic style stola and palla.

The middle one looks like the priestess figure in the BM (not sure why she's painted in plum).

The one on the right looks like she's wearing the palla after having draped it over her head during a visit to the temple. There is a figure of Livia in Rome that shows it like this. However, she's clearly come out of the temple.

However, they do all look rather annoyed about things….

If you want younger looking ladies, the Foundry range have the Greek heroines.
