@RS: If your Canadian and American customers are expected to use their respective regional stores, then why not specify cut-off dates in terms of regionally pertinent time zones???

A Distribution Update From Osprey MD Richard Sullivan

As you are no doubt aware, our website has been down for the last two days as we enter the final stages of our shift in distribution warehouses. We've been working on this for several months now, planning and preparing with our distributors across the world. A lot has gone right and books have been safely packed up and moved to arrive at the correct time and in the right place. Many of our titles are now available on the website.

However, some things have not gone well, which is going to lead to some continued disruption to your supply.

The first of these is that an unforeseen issue with Canadian pricing has had a knock-on effect on our eBooks, and we have had to temporarily disable all of them on our website. This will be fixed as soon as possible, and we will keep you updated on the blog and through our social media sites on our progress. They will still be available through other retailers.

There is also some disruption to our Print-on-Demand titles. There are a lot of moving parts in the POD program involving four partners and multiple systems. We are working through the problems in order to get them fixed.

We know that many of you struggled with placing orders in the last few weeks of January, and so the 25% discount will be extended up to the 14th of February (giving you the chance to buy that special someone the perfect Valentine's Day gift).

We will be back to business as usual, as soon as we can. I've been here ten years and this is our first distributor move in that time. I'm not planning another one for at least another ten years.

Thank You for Your Patience & I'm Sorry for the Disruption
