I applaud any mfg who can 'crunch numbers' BOTH ways…not just UPWARDS…and takes their customers needs/wants/purchasing power into account…..that indeed is rare in these tight times….

on the other tentacle…showing the stealth bomber dropping dollar signs…..(oh how BLUE FEZZY of me!)…I could SO make some pointed commenst about how TRUE that is when you consider the cost for ordnance these days…and the 'death ratio per dollar of ordnance spent!!!!', but I won't…..

now if it had been CHOCOLATE….but I digress while I digest….

Well done GameCraft! Hope others follow your lead….especially with the re-emerging 'popularity' of 15mm!!!

The 15mm Town and Village series was launched several weeks, and has been well received by our customers. However, we have heard some comments from people regarding the total cost of a building once you purchase the ends, walls, roofs, doors, windows and shutters... then if you add second-story floors and stairs, the price creeps up even more.

One of the many factors that goes into pricing these items is how long the molds will last before they need to be replaced - molds do not last forever (far from it), and the rubber to make the molds is one of the larger expenses in manufacturing these miniatures.

Price drop!

Over the last few days, I've done quite a bit of research and some serious number crunching, and I have discovered that I can lower the prices on many of the items in the 15mm Town and Village series, and make these structures more appealing to our customers and still make a little profit on each item. If you go to the 15mm Town and Village series page, you will see that most items have been reduced by about $1.00 USD each, some more and some less. I'll keep these prices at this level as long as material costs remain stable.
