The limit of "sending packages once a month" may be cancelled.
They have extended the bus line there.
So if I get a personalized bus card, the previous situation will be restored.

Boki Wargame Miniatures writes:

Due to the variety of my existing dolls, I've occasionally experienced scale creep. Such as my recent artillerymen. To avoid this, I decided to update and standardize my dolly selection.

Dolls

So here is the new base doll for all marching poses. The doll base is thicker than before, because I constantly have problems casting the previously thin bases. The step of the figure is shorter, to bring the legs closer together.

The scale of the figure is 16mm, which corresponds to a 170cm tall person in 1:100 scale. When further multiplying to get special dolls and final products, scale creep increases this to 17-18mm. But no abnormal giants anymore, I hope.

Line-up

Here is a comparison of the new dolls with other figures. On the left is the AB 17mm Austrian artilleryman, then my cancelled Pike and Musket dolls which were too big, then new dolls of which the one on the left is for the artillery, then some existing dolls of the new size, and finally a 16mm figure from the beginning of my time.

Cavalry

Updates are also waiting for the cavalry. The figure on the right shows the compatibility of my second generation horses and riders. Unfortunately, it soon became clear that the saddle-cloth turned out to be too short, which had to be corrected by creating new dolls, which is demonstrated by the middle figure.

Unfortunately, the horses were of different thicknesses, so the new dolls were a bit wobbly. To correct this, I am now making third-generation horses. To start with, I made a new saddle-cloth matrix, which can be seen in the figure on the left. Then I scratchbuilt my Set B horses to match this matrix. In addition, I am trying to make the horses' legs thinner.

Next, I will make new dolls for the line and light cavalry from the saddle-cloth matrix.

10mm

Earlier, I announced that I had canceled my new 10mm light cavalry horses, due to scale creep. The picture shows the canceled horse on the left, the line cavalry horse in the middle, and the new light cavalry horse on the right.

And now, news about the shipping of the packages.

Changing shipping terms and prices is forcing me to make changes too. Moving our post office to a wasteland on the outskirts of the city means that starting in October 2025, I will only be sending parcels once a month, because walking to the post office is now a full day's work.

The new postal regulations require that you add a phone number to your address, so please add it to your PayPal details, or email me after ordering.

Shipping to America has been suspended indefinitely until Europe gets used to the new U.S. customs procedures.

Shipping fees are also changing. If the order price (without sculpture) is up to €50.00 EUR, the shipping fee is €20.00 EUR. If up to €100.00 EUR, then €30.00 EUR. If up to €200.00 EUR, then €50.00 EUR. If over €200.00 EUR, then €70.00 EUR.

If the package is lost in the mail, the Post will compensate up to €32.00 EUR of its value.
