Aussiejed of Eureka Miniatures writes:

Earlier this year, Australian multi-award-winning painter and sculptor Victoria Lamb embarked on her own range of 28mm miniatures, designed very much with the figure collectors and figure-painting enthusiasts in mind. Victoria has now added some new figures to this exciting range - full of character, and once again offering a different slant on some of the typical fantasy figure stereotypes.

28mm Victoria Lamb Troll Slayers

The Rank & File Dwarf Troll Slayers have more than a hint of 1970's punk about them, and it will be a brave troll that tangles with these little ladies. For those of you who like to hunt trolls in packs, these figures are also available as a mini-unit deal (along with the previously released Dwarf Troll Slayer (100VIC02) to represent the gang leader).

While the trolls scurry off to hide under the nearest bridge (isn't that what most trolls do?), lurking in the shadows there are a couple of unlikely looking fairy folk. One of them doesn't seem entirely comfortable with his traditional fairy attire, and the other looks more than a little scared of his own power wand. Well, let's face it, power wands are dangerous and unpredictable things.

Bringing up the rear, but no less important, is an intrepid French Colonial Marine explorer, on a beautiful scenic base, who is clearly untroubled by the heat, the flies, and the possibility of the natives getting restless, and a fine study of Her Majesty (God Bless Her!) Queen Victoria - who may (or may not) be amused by all this nonsense we've just written.
