These stone buildings are actually modeled on a Wild West-era bank and jail in Arizona. They will fit in with all the Lincoln and Adobeville sets.
Small towns often couldn't support fancier buildings, so the bank has no vault, only a safe. The jail represents the 'no coddling' mentality of the Old West: no more than a bare floor and no cot, barred windows and door open to the elements: 120-degree heat in the summer to below-freezing in winter.
