Wargame Vault announces the availability of:

The Earth Wars Saga: The Earth-Akoran War
Price: $4.95 USD

Publisher: Dracos Games

Warning: You need Galactic War to play with this set. It is not a stand-alone expansion.

It had been hundreds of years since mankind went to war. When the Akorans attacked, it left the UNE realing from a series of massive defeats. The Akorans drove straight for Earth and conquered two-thirds off UNE space. The UNE faltered, wavered, and finally fell in 3565. The Confederate took its place and was far more aggressive then the defunct UNE.

The Humans weren't the only ones to fight the Akorans. The Decoran Republic fought for a short period but was knocked out of the war when their military collapsed. They recovered and the Andromedans stabbed them in the back before they could re-enter the war. The Horloth fought a bitter defensive campaign.

In the end, the Akorans weren't alone. The Ilin joined the war late in the game and attacked the Confederate forces at Eridani. The Confederate forces, largely engaged with the Akorans, found themselves out numbered by the Ilin forces, but they held firm.

The War is over, but new conflicts are now on the horizon. Who will you fight for?

This purchase comes with the Earth-Akoran War rulebook, sufficient counters to play the game, and datasheets to keep track of your ships.
