Warlord Games: Important Information Regarding Holiday Shipping

Not only that, but Warlord Games themselves seem to have a significant backlog inhouse. I ordered a squadron of BRS fighters back on Nov 4th, and got an email on Nov 6th as follows:
"Your order is on the way to you."

I find UK orders usually take 10-12 days. I figured on Nov 22, hey it's been 16 days since they shipped – I wonder if it's delayed in Customs..?

So I wrote to Warlord and asked if they could confirm that the package had shipped.
They wrote back and said that the package shipped out on Nov 15th…

It took them 11 days just to ship my order. I get that it's Christmas season and all, but 11 days to package and ship a single small box? I find that a bit disappointing.

With the holiday season rapidly approaching, Warlord Games have got a few important announcements about their despatch and shipping requirements.

Standard Shipping Deadlines

For standard shipping to North America, Europe, and Rest of the World, make sure your festive orders are in by the end of this month for delivery in time for Christmas.

For U.K. standard shipping, make sure your order comes in before Thursday, December 6th.

Courier Shipping Deadlines

Shipping deadlines for delivery in time for 24th December, order by:

Europe: 4th December
Rest of the World: 4th December
North America: 6th December
United Kingdom: 11th December

We appreciate your patience at this time of year. It's our busiest period in terms of orders, especially with all the fantastic sales events we'll be running between now and the end of the year. If you're ordering by standard shipping, it's also worth considering the slowdown caused by Christmas post.

Once we've received your order, we have to pick the correct products, pack them, and then post them out to you, either by Royal Mail or courier, depending on your shipping method. This can take some time, especially during this busy period.

The times listed above are an estimation for courier shipping. We would recommend checking with Royal Mail for guidelines on standard shipping times.
