List of Arms 2nd Edition - Army Lists for Ultima Ratio Regum

Back to Hobby News

Narratio writes:

I picked it up from Wargame Vault with 2nd Ed URR. I like the imposed maximum spending limits on troops. As an extreme example – Japanese Cavalry (It gave me a giggle). You can only have 5pts worth in any 100pts worth of army, but each base costs 14pts so, no Japanese Cavalry unless the army is a rather large 300pts.

Inclusion of so many non-European militaries certainly allows one to replay colonial fighting when you get fed up of smacking (Prussians/French/Euro-nation of choice) around. Abbyssinians anybody?

A useful addenda to URR.
