Waterline Submarine

The latest addition to Mean Sets, the Pulp Submarine has finally surfaced!

After being on the drawing boards for years, this unique wargame and RPG accessory is at last available as a PDF for only $10.00 USD, and delivered at no further cost via email. Orders may be made here.

When assembled, the model is 20" long, 4" on the beam, and 3.25" high, representing a 100'-long submersible that can be used for every purpose in your nautical adventures!

Not meant to represent any particular historical design, it is perfect for Pulp Fiction games. As a vessel belonging to your evil mastermind, or a very special means of transportation by your heroes, this waterline model can be the scene of all manner of dramatic moments in your stories. Gamers already owning Tramp Steamer models (such as those sold by TVAG, created by Richard Houston and Bob First), can now provide their perfect nemesis.

Credit to Mr. Glen Allison for the display model, its photos, painted Brigade miniatures, U-Boat crew figures, and weapons from TVAG.

Requiring only foamcore, heavy cardstock 110#, glue, and only a modicum of skill or experience assembling such models, gamers can now have one of the most iconic machines of war and adventure for a fraction of the cost of smaller models of more fragile materials.

While none of the weapons, metal hatches, or crew come with the model, those shown exemplify what the buyer may add as desired. Appropriate hatch and gun castings are readily available from TVAG's Houston Collection of naval guns and ship fittings, and any 28mm Pulp Figures desired may be used as well.

And if this isn't interesting enough, wait until you see what's next!
