You probably already know that we experienced a major problem with our computer server, and were not able to process orders for about two weeks. The bad news is that we have lost a ton of data, the good news is that we have been running/shipping orders fast and furiously for the last few days. Once again, we want to set everyone's mind at ease – this was not any type of situation with someone hacking into our system, it was 100% an equipment failure. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
We also want to remind you that on May 1st, we announced a price increase that will take effect on July 1st. That means that you still have a few days to get your orders in at the old prices.
