I would also love to see a classic shopping mall. Shops, a food court, parking garage, the works. It could even be modular, with diffent shops and department stores, so you could make it as big or as small as you need. Oh and escalators. It must have escalators.

Fire Station

Publisher: Stoelzel's Structures

Stoelzel's Structures is proud to announce a new series of modern -day homes intended for 28mm wargaming terrain for any 20th to 21st century gaming. This terrain project was designed specifically to be built on standard 5mm foamcore, for added durability and general heft. Each of our modern-day homes come with a fully modeled interior, which is accessible for game play by removing the roof.

Our units are move-in-ready. Each home comes with a selection of furniture to decorate and populate the house. More furniture will come in future releases. Mix and match furniture between projects.

Fire Station

The local fire station was built in 1929, at the start of the collapse of the world economy. The opulent expense of such an expansive building, and the unnecessary decorative stone work, were unheard of for a public works project. The Engine 24 Truck Company shut its doors in 1989, after 60 years in service. Since then, the wiring has failed to be upgraded to current building code, the load bearings members might suffer a bit of wear, and let's face it, the neighborhood is not the nicest of locations. But, should a local entrepreneur be in the need, they may find this property suitable for many businesses, be it a brew house, a restaurant, office space or a containment center. The fire station comes with three floors, each with a large open footprint, and a nice friendly pole for sliding down.
