Congratulations to Charlemagne McHaffie, winner of the Online Painting Competition we ran for the U.K. Open Day. Charlemagne's Easy Eight Sherman "John Paul Jones," commanded by a descendant of the famous ship captain, escorted by riflemen riding on the engine deck, grabbed the judges' attention with the detail work and weathering.
Charlemagne has chosen the new Churchill box set to go alongside their winner's plaque, which will be sent out soon.
