Only Statues Remains

A tabletop miniatures game set in a dark fantasy universe where players assume the roles of Petromancers, powerful necromancers who animate stone statues to do battle in a desolate world. The game's narrative revolves around themes of lost humanity, decay, and the struggle for power among the remnants of a once-thriving civilization.

This is an open beta! Your feedback is invaluable as we prepare for the upcoming 1.0.000 release.

Key Features:

Easy to use
Only Statues Remains requires minimal space and only a small number of models, using exclusively six-sided dice for gameplay.
Setting
The game takes place in a grim world known as the Ruins, where humanity has vanished due to wars and plagues. Necromancers, once persecuted, have found their strength in controlling the dead, ultimately transforming into Petromancers who wield stone and metal statues as their new forces.
Turn-Based Gameplay
The game is played in turns, where players alternate activating their models, engaging in strategic movements, attacks, and resource management.
Statue Mechanics
Statues can be customized and upgraded, with various abilities and attributes that reflect their backgrounds. Players can choose to repair or even demolish statues for resources, further emphasizing the tactical aspect of managing their forces. Additionally, the size of the miniatures matters, impacting defense, mobility, and attack range.
Exploration and Rewards
After battles, players can explore the environment for resources, spells, and statue pieces. This aspect adds depth and allows for character development and strategy between encounters.
Miniatures
Players use a small number of miniatures, particularly focusing on unpainted or gray models. The game celebrates these miniatures, incorporating them into its lore and mechanics.
