Happy New Year, TMP'ers!

We've just emailed out our 80th newsletter, and I thought I'd share its content with you guys.

You can look for yourself here.

We start the newsletter off by letting you know some of the plans we have for 2016, like the next supplement for Frostgrave.

As well as listing the new product in stock at North Star right now, newsletter #80 includes a Dragon Rampant army list.

Dragon Rampant

Soldiers

Dragon Rampant is Osprey Games' new Fantasy battle rules. When it arrived, I thought you could use our plastic Frostgrave Soldiers for this. So I put together a Frostgrave-themed Dragon Rampant army list. If you've built more plastic soldiers than you'll use in Frostgrave, this could be just for you.

It helped that I really like the medieval-retinue game Dragon Rampant is based on, Lion Rampant.

We have also used this newsletter to announce our January Sale. This year, we are not having one sale, but a series of short-term sales. You can see what is on offer each week by visiting our Bargain Basement.

The new rulebook from Osprey Games this month is En Garde!

En Garde!

En Garde! is a swashbuckling Renaissance skirmish game, including the Three Musketeers, of course. We are not doing an official En Garde! range of miniatures, but we are adding suitable figures to our 1672 range. Firstly, we are giving a free historical D'Artagnan figure away with every copy, and we have four King's Musketeers ready to order now.

Musketeers

We are expecting delivery any day now of the fifth in the excellent series Painting War. This latest magazine covers the Spanish Civil War, and every copy comes with a free miniature of a 1930s pilot.
