This month sees a nice selection of historical and fantasy miniatures from Medbury Miniatures in 28mm and 40mm scales.

In the historical line, we have two new 13th Century crossbow sets, and a character labeled "Unferth," which means retainer or servant in the medieval world. A set of resting knights, one is mounted and two are on foot. Even the horse looks at rest. Also included is a set of 13th Century infantry with parvises.

The fantasy releases have a number of Orc scouts with weapons and bows, a frightening-looking Orc banner, and of all things, a Dwarf smoking his pipe.
