STL (3D Model) – $4.00 USD

Amiral Duperre

This is an STL file of the French ship Amiral Duperre. The file is for printing on your 3Dprinter.

The Amiral Duperre was a single-ship-class barbette ironclad, and the first barbette ship to enter French service.

She was of middling variety, with pros and cons fighting it out to a stalemate. On the plus side, she was armed with four 13.4" guns that were meant to take on the Italian big-gunned but poorly armored ironclads then in service. However, the guns' rate of fire was measured more with a calendar than a stopwatch, making the ship quite vulnerable after each shot.

The default scale of the model is 1:2400.

Download also includes a selection of masts that can also be used on other models of your choice.
