Jeff Valent of Jeff Valent Studios writes:

ProCreate putty far surpasses the traditional Blue/Yellow "greenstuff" that the hobby has been using for so long. It has all the properties of Green, but it can be smoothed and spread more like clay. When cured, it can be filed, sanded and polished like "brownstuff."

ProCreate

The mixed color (gray) is so much easier on the eyes when working, too.

We were lucky enough to be able to get samples during the development of this putty. We have been using it for the better part of 6 months and have nothing but good things to say about it. We have vulcanized it hundreds of times now with no problems at all.

We are so pleased with this putty that we are switching over exclusivlely to it, as there is no need to stock many different types of putties any more.

It is available in the online store now.

Here is some important data about the putty:

ProCreate Professional Sculptors Putty

Directions:

  • In order to achieve optimal adhesion, surfaces should be cleaned free of grease or dirt.
  • See chart to determine the desired mix ratio. It is possible to adjust this ratio somewhat, depending upon the sculpting requirements.
