This colorful album will allow you to create characters for an atmospheric skirmish game in the setting of Victorian London of the 1880s. The album features police, criminals and civilians. The author tried to arm and dress the characters so that they would satisfy many of the rules of the games. Not being an expert in Steampunk, the author refrained from creating fantastic characters – everyone here is armed with ordinary weapons.
