We have just posted the North Star email newsletter to our subscribers, and I thought I'd share with you readers some of the contents.

The big story is still the Frostgrave Nickstarter campaign for the new supplement Thaw of the Lich Lord, and we got pictures of the Cultists all painted for the first time. The Nickstarter ends 2nd November.

Frostgrave Cultists painted

The other North Star figures, pictured for the first time, are our Danes for the War of 1864. This small range by designer Nick Collier was inspired by the TV series, and the fact we already have the opposition in our North Star 1866 range.

Danish Infantry

There are three titles from Osprey Publishing this month, Black Ops (modern skirmish), Bug Hunts (Sci-Fi) and Bolt Action Empire in Flames (Far East WWII).

We have a unique special offer in the newsletter from Wargames Illustrated. Have a read about it here.

4Ground, one of the leading laser-cut MDF kit manufacturers, have some great stuff available. There are three more 'Ruins of Daldorr', Fantasy ruins that we use for Frostgrave games, but would fit just as well into 40K games, Medieval skirmish, whatever you want. The new ruined church is a mighty piece, it includes the stained glass window as part of the detail. As an aside, 4ground have been releasing a series of model trees to compliment their buildings, and (again great for Frostgrave) the new release is four packs of Fir trees.

Fabled Realms

Adding to that, new Saga releases and the new kits from Rubicon Models, it's a fantastic selection of hobby product this week.
