For ages, we've been planning to add a set of Waterloo buildings to the Small Scale Scenery range. After quite a bit of research, along with a measure of educated guessing, we have a four-building set available today.
The set includes Château Hougoumont, La Haye Sainte farm, La Belle Alliance, and Plancenoit church. All four buildings are one-piece resin castings.
La Haye Sainte and La Belle Alliance are still in much the same state as they were in 1815, but the other two are 'best guess' reconstructions based on contemporary plans, paintings and engravings, and in the case of Hougoumont, satellite images of the site as it is today.
