To Gettysburg in November for Fall In!

And all the equipment as well

And once again, we are going to see the return of the very popular Sunday raffles. So do you need a good reason to stay over until Sunday at Fall In!?

How about over 48 winners in last years raffle with prizes in excess of $1,800 USD dollars! Come find out what 370 folks in last year's raffle did. Fall In! Raffles are the best kept secret at Fall In! Over 35 vendors donated more prizes then we could give away. In this year's raffle, who knows just what we will be giving away. I sure was busy announcing the winners and distributing all the prizes.

This is the third year Fall In! and our exhibitors have sponsored raffles to encourage convention attendance on Sunday. We have a full line-up of prizes and gift certificates to give away during the exhibitor session on Sunday in the Allstar. About every half-hour, I will be selecting several winners from our raffle tickets turned in at the HMGS-East vendor coordination table located as you enter the exhibitor's room. See the Prize list in the Allstar at the registration desk and exhibitor coordination table. On Sunday morning, be sure to pick up your raffle ticket in the Allstar in order to participate in the raffles.

A preliminary list of prizes will be announced at the end of September.

Now The Fine Print

HMGS officials (including key convention staff) and exhibitors are not eligible to participate. However, individuals working for exhibitors and exhibitor family members are eligible.

You must be present to win. We will announce the winner's name and raffle ticket number at the time of the drawing. The winner must come to the convention desk in the exhibitor hall of the Allstar to claim their prize. In order to insure all prizes are awarded at the convention, a 15-minute time-limit will be enforced for the winner to claim their prize. After that time, if the winner has not claimed their prize, their ticket will be returned to the raffle jar and a new raffle ticket drawn.

Sunday Raffles Are a Go!

Tickets will be issued in the exhibitor hall anytime during the Sunday exhibitor hall session. You will be given a ticket and asked to print your name on the back. A helpful HMGS-East Fall In! staff member will punch your convention badge. Then just listen up for your name and ticket number to be called.

Raffle tickets are limited to one ticket per convention attendee.* You must register for the convention and have a convention badge to obtain a ticket.

If you are a gamemaster running an event on Sunday in the Allstar, let the staff at the desk know, and we will make a notation on the back of your ticket so that you do not have to interrupt your game to claim your prize.

Everyone is eligible to participate in all the drawings during the exhibitor session with your one ticket! You read that correct: If you win, your ticket will go back in the box, and you will be eligible in the remaining drawings as well.

Questions regarding the raffle, rules and regulations should be addressed to the convention staff at the Allstar exhibitor coordination desk or the Convention Director (Jim McWee) or Deputy Director (James Mattes).

And remember, decisions of the "Raffle Master" are final!

* Want additional chances to win on the Sunday exhibitor sponsored raffles? Why not buy a ticket for the Keith Rocco limited-edition print. Each ticket is $2.00 USD for a chance to win this fantastic painting, and if that were not enough, you also receive two additional tickets for Sunday's Raffle for each ticket purchased. You do not need to be present to win the Keith Rocco print, however.
