- The maps (geomorphic) will contain the various types of grounds of Vietnam
- The counters represents teams (2 to 3 men), leaders, as well as vehicles, armor, helicopters,….of U.S. Army and, NVA in 1965

- A turn = 1 minute:
- Orders Phase: Hidden (Company, Platoons, Squads Leader, Teams)
- Actions Phase Teams (Fire, Movements….simultaneous)
- A geomorphic Board make 23,2cmsx20cms (1 sheet A4 format or letter to print in 300 DPI) in the hexagonal format of 8x8 hexes
- A hex has a size of 2.5 cms (1 inch) and represent 5 meters (6.59 yards)
- The Board represents 40 meters in diameter
