It is almost time for Historicon 2008 - Historical Miniature Gaming's Biggest Summer Vacation - and we will be taking up our usual stand on the balcony to bring you the latest news from Osprey. This year, in addition to the sneak previews, competitions and new books, we will also be demonstrating our new website, giving you the opportunity to access battle maps and plane profiles online. So make sure you visit our stand on the balcony.
We will also be supporting NASAMW as they run three tournaments using the Field of Glory rules at Historicon on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as demonstration games throughout the show. So please look out for details on these, and support the players as they re-fight the battles of ancient and medieval times.
The show will take place on July 24-27 at the Lancaster Host Resort & Conference Center, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.. The convention theme this year is The World on Fire - The Seven Years and French and Indian Wars, 1754-63, and there will be an incredible array of games as well as 'the world's largest hobby shop', plus the world's biggest hobby flea market.
