We're now into the second week of the WarGods of Olympus Kickstarter, and we've made great progress so far! We've already funded the printing of the rulebook, and production of the Trojans, Amazons and Corinthians! With three weeks to go, we have a great chance of getting all of the core factions for Olympus funded, and adding some really exciting special miniatures exclusively for our backers! So what's the cool thing for today? Well, this one is a great one… for the past ten years, we've been running summer WarGods events, and participants received Event Minis – special, fun miniatures, that were not a part of our retail range… the wacky Basti Gamer and Painter, the legendary King Leonidas, the mysterious -er… Mysterious Stranger! These minis have been treasured by their owners, and coveted by everyone else who could never get them… until now!
As a special surprise for our backers, we've added all of them to the Kickstarter!
They are just optional Add-Ons – pick your favorite, or get the whole set of nine for $75 USD and save $12 USD! This is the one-and-only time these miniatures will ever be for sale. After the Kickstarter is complete and we send out all of the orders, their molds will be destroyed. We're closing the door to the past, and opening the door to another decade of cool new Event Minis, starting in 2014!
