A ten-man town guard set. The city of BlightHaven has an official town guard, but many wealthy merchants and minor royals with money to spare will often put together their own militia. Their training can vary wildly, though they are usually very well equipped.
A twelve-Goblin slaver crew. (Eight of them are paired in one-piece sets.) These Goblins are led by a vicious elder (to live long enough to be a Goblin elder, you need to be vicious!). There are two teams with rams to break doors down, a Goblin 'alchemist' with his gas bombs to daze their victims, two teams of netters to capture them, and a couple of knife-wielding Goblins in case anyone protests too much at being captured….
