A fast-play tabletop ruleset that recreates battles of the 16th to 17th centuries pike-and-shot era (Italian Wars, Thirty Years War, English Civil War).
The system emphasizes simple mechanics, flexible armies, and quick battles that still capture the tactical feel of early-modern warfare. Armies can be fought with 2-3mm armies on 1-inch square bases, or larger scales on 2" square bases. Can typically be played in a 2' x 2' space, or larger for even bigger engagements.
