Ok, each ship has simplified stats that are crossed off as damage is caused. 'Bismarck' has 24 hull, and that's about as big as it gets. There are lots of dice rolling to hit and for damage effect, and this varies depending on the size of guns involved. Aircraft work by 'counter's, subs by 'red herring' counters that can be voided.
