The 28mm badmash-wallahs are now for sale in the Empress Miniatures online shop. You need to scroll all the way down the page to find them, but if you want to stop off along the way and pile lots of other things into your basket, it will be alright.
They come in a set of four matchlock-armed bods and a set of eight sword-and-spear-armed bods.
There are flagsheets suitable for irregulars like these elsewhere on the shopping page. In particular, look out for the old Mughal Empire flags, the Lord Hanuman flags, and the Red Lotus and Chapatti flags, any of which would be suitable.
Note that are enough loose tulwars and short spears to go around the open-handed figures, but that as usual, the code does not include the longer brass spears seen in the photos.
